Product maintenance
Our company has a fixed spare parts warehouse, which can guarantee timely hardware repair. The return and maintenance time generally does not exceed 5 working days.
On-site Service
When the telephone/remote service fail to fix the problem or some key and important faults occur, we would send technical engineer on site in 72 hours.
