Equipmenthealthconditionoptimizationsystem(EHOforshort)isacentralizedcontrolplatformandintelligentproductionandmaintenancesupportsystemforpowerplantequipmentcondition.Thegoalofthesystemistoimproveequipmentreliabilityandreducemaintenancecosts.ThesystemusestheSISdata,vibrationspectrumdataandpointinspectiondata,adoptsthepatentalgorithmwithrapidmodeling,tocarriesonthetrendpredictionandthevibrationdiagnosisformainequipmentandsystem,promptlywarnthepossibleequipmentfailure,providesthebasisfortheequipmentunitconditionmaintenance.Thesystemincludesfourmodules,whichareintegrationofthreechecks,statewarning,faultdiagnosisofrotatingequipmentanddecisionsupport.ChinaresourcespowerholdingsselectedHezeprojectasthefirstpilotunitoftheproject.Theprojectkick-offmeetingwasheldonNovember22,2016,andthesitesummaryandacceptancewasconductedonSeptember7,2017.ProjectprofitSinceitwasofficiallyputintouseinAugust2017,theEHOsystemhasrealizedatotalof5,424alarmsandearlywarnings,including300intelligentdiagnoses,1,852statuswarnings,847onlinealarms,and2,425pointinspectionalarms,withanearlywarningaccuracyof82.3%.Thebigdatasuccessfullywarnedthe1Dcoalmillthatthegrindingrollerwasfallingoff.However,asthesystemwasjustputintooperation,thealarmwasnotpaidattentionto,andthefailurecouldnotbeavoided.Duringthetrialoperation,themachinewassuccessfullyintelligentlydiagnosedandwarnedthatthefanin2Awasoutofalignmentforonetime,whichenabledtheequipmenttoberepairedinatimelymannerwhentheunitwasabouttostop,thuseliminatingamajorequipmentfailureandavoidingoutputreductionandpowergridassessment.Theintelligentdiagnosisandearlywarningofthemotorvibrationabnormalityatthedrivingendoftheprimaryfanmotorin1Awerecarriedout.Themaintenancepersonnelcheckedtheequipmentintimetoensurethenormaloperationoftheequipmentandavoidthereductionofoutputandtheassessmentofthepowergrid.
